USDA Undersecretary Rey Visits Big Flats PMC

• U.S. Agriculture Undersecretary Mark Rey visits Big Flats Plant Materials Center
  Through the $1 million Conservation Innovation Grant, six to eight dairy farms in New York and eight to 10 hog farms in North Carolina can participate in the project to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and explore cutting-edge technologies while maintaining viable agricultural operations, U.S. Agriculture Undersecretary Mark Rey said.
